EXCELLENT safety precautions, special air filters, disinfection of equipment, and cleaning protocol. The interval training concept is the best, love the classes, in and out in 45 minutes, what a great workout! People are so friendly and helpful! They also have a body scan machine and nutrition program. More than a fitness gym, a true community. Owners are great and caring people.
I love F45! Denis is a fabulous trainer and makes it a fun place to workout at! He is always willing to help and does a great job modifying exercises for us all. We all know that when Denis is training the gym will be extra clean and organized! Thank you for all that you do!
F45 is part of my life and the trainers are the best! Our coach Denis keeps us motivated, challenging us everyday with specific workouts according to our goals. Me and my family enjoy coming everyday, we look forward to each workout! Our coach Cana is amazing, her love for her job goes beyond and we feel her passion for what she does, that energy motivates me to keep going! I love my F45 family!
I've been to many F45 locations and this is one of the best! The coaches are fit, energetic, and very knowledgeable! The group atmosphere here is very friendly and everyone works together toward the same goal! Highly recommend!
