Absolutely the thing I've done for myself!!! Love pilates
Club Pilates in Allen is family!!! The staff and the classes are absolutely amazing. Adrienne and Cindy are my absolute favorite, highly recommend their classes(any level). I have multiple issues with my back, and since I have been doing pilates my strength and flexibility are waaayy better!!!
I live in NYC and we have Club Pilates but never tried it before today while traveling in the Dallas area. I go to another studio in NYC.nnLiked the studio which was roomy and clean, liked that they make use of all types of equipment, like the different levels, and liked that my class was challenging but accessible. Not over complicated.nnIn any case, lots to like and was enough for me to try CP in my hometown when I get back.
I love this Pilates studio! It is open, clean, and the teachers are excellent as well as the admin staff. They have a cute little set up and lots of class selections.
