April 2021 update: with a return to Sunday availability, and masks finally no longer mandated, I’m upping my review to 4 stars. 24 hours would be nice but the hours as-is work for 95% of patrons I’m sure, including myself. The new manager seems to care and will address faulty equipment if you bring it to the attention of the front desk. If they would return all equipment to service instead of removing the seats from some for social distancing it would help at peak times.nn~~~~~~~~nnI don't like that they used COVID as an excuse to change from 24/7 hours to bankers hours to cut costs (even being closed on Sunday), while keeping the membership fee unchanged. It would be safer to remain open 24/7 to spread out patrons. They claim its for cleaning but cleaning staff sure aren't in there the 50%+ of the time it is closed.nnBesides that, many pieces of equipment have dangerous loose bolts and other issues and are not fixed, implying no routine inspections are performed. Also half the equipment have the seat cushions removed in a well meaning, but ultimately ineffective attempt to try to enforce social distancing.nnStill, hard to complain for $20/mo ($10/mo plus regularly billed lump fees). I would be happy with a return to 24/7 availability and all the equipment being usable and in good repair. It's a viable alternative to the many $50/mo gyms out there, but a few simple fixes would really make them a great facility.

I did a 5-day pass. I did not sign up for a membership. It’s very average, at best. There are too few plates for the bench/incline area. Also, 35lb plates do not exist here.nnThe ultimate deal-breaker for me was that they pester you about wearing latex gloves while you workout and also are closed on Sunday’s.

Super friendly staff. Tons of equipment. There is even a women's only area! Also has a basketball court and racquet ball rooms. Kids room is free but hasn't opened back up yet. Best part is that a membership is only 10 dollars a month.

This is a cool gym, and you need to know:nnIf you enroll to pay the advertised $10 per month, you will also pay a $79 enrollment fee up front, and a $50 annual membership fee. So, over a year, you're going to pay a little more than double what is advertised on the building. The asterisk denotes the $129 worth of fees. You can opt to pay $23 month, to avoid the $79 enrollment fee, but you will be charged the $50 annual fee.nThe hours have changed from being open 24 hours to 5 am-10 pm (less on the weekends), so the equipment, showers, inside of lockers, tables, etc may be disinfected daily. I'm not sure how they effectively disinfected their facilities when they were open 24 hours.nBeyond that, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and everyone I've interacted with is courteous and professional. The environment is positive, and the geographic location seems safe.

I have had my account open for 3 years after moving. Tried several times to get it cancelled with run around each time. Today I tried and the new GM had it done in 1 hour and apologized for the past issues. Fitness Connection has a dang nice gym if the new GM is going to improve the outstanding issues this place had it will for sure be a great place.
