I can't believe this is under 7-Eleven franchise and I'm wondering how the management of this particular 7-eleven continues to let this store operate in this way..nThey charged me twice for an item and when I went back to get a refund one man said go ahead and take the item, so when I checked out I told the other man and he was extremely rude and did not let me EITHER refund or take the item. Unhelpful workers, and rude rude rude. Bad communication.
Restroom has no soap, hand sanitizer or hot water. Always worries me when I see a place without soap serving food and beverage.
This has been happening since I moved to the area in May. The 7-11 at Jupiter and George Bush is closed from around 11pm-4am with nothing to indicate that it’s closed. There’s no closed sign, listed times, and the all the lights are on. The cashier during the day said there is supposed to be someone there at night, but nothing has changed.
Air pump doesn't work, charged me twice and was told they can't give me a refund... Don't go here.
This store is closed most late nights even though there is someone inside who ignores everyone
