Where to start, well when you go pick up your prescription your waiting in line in the drive thru or even inside is wrapped around the building. Waiting 30-40 mins to pick up. And when you change insurance they can't even get it to go thru. My insurance for my son is ACTIVE! I even called my insurance just to make sure and they assured me he was active. My son has been without his medicine for 4 days now , and I feel this way to get people to pay hundreds of dollars without having to file insurance. Shame on this pharmacy. I will be moving to Kroger pharmacy for now on.

Dr. Ray at the pharmacy helped me with my constipation. He recommended milk of magnesia and a hefty dose of kuss. Worked like a charm

I felt like I needed to share my thoughts when I visit the CVS on FM 544 it always great customer service. I’m usually in there when the night crew comes in BJ and the associates are so polite and amazing anyway they can help they will be there for you. I recently had surgery on my right shoulder so I try to be there when there is less traffic. I love my CVS I love the coupons also!!!!!!!!!!

I usually only write reviews if something is great. This one is different. They get 1 star for having my prescription ready. The Indian man who got my Rx was incredibly rude. I put a mask on PER THEIR NEW PROTOCOL and he couldn't hear me. But he wouldn't open the window so I had to speak loudly and repeat everything. I put my card and ID in the sliding drawer and he told me he needed my ID, I said 'it's in the drawer'. Again, he didn't hear me so I repeated it more loudly. I could see he was already annoyed with me but at that point he slammed the drawer and left. No 'thank you' or 'you're all set' or anything. I got my cards/receipt/Rx and left, the drawer was still open to the curb because he couldn't be troubled to wait at the window and close it. I was unimpressed before, now I'm looking for a new pharmacy.

I wish I could give zero stars. This location is, hands down, the worst CVS I've ever been to. They frequently lose my prescriptions, don't interface with my doctor's well, but most importantly have the SLOWEST DRIVE THRU KNOWN TO HUMANS. I literally spent 45 minutes in the drive thru today in order to pick up my prescription. Come on! We are moving everything to the Walgreens across the street.
