I've recently had to transferred my Rx from Walgreens to CVS. This CVS location is closest to my home. However, this CVS Pharmacy has the absolute worst customer service I have EVER seen. My Rx are never ready when I arrive, even though I've received a text message saying they are ready for pickup. I came though the drive thru today to pick up a Rx. I sat there for 5 minutes before anyone even came to the window. The clerk finally looked at me and then went back to shuffling some papers. When she finally answered the intercom she still took a very long time to get my Rx.nI will drive 15 minutes of my way to use another CVS Pharmacy instead of this location. Based on this and the many other reviews I just read, someone at the CVS Corp office needs to do a serious review of this store!!

Matt C was very friendly and helped me quickly with everything I needed. The $30 cost of primatene mist really surprised me though. I got some official looking but technically off-brand cookies for super cheap.

Horrible vaccine clinic. Arrived at 5:15 for 5:45 appt., waited 2 hrs standing in line inside the store. The 2 people giving vaccines were not nurses, did not have any direct oversight, never sanitized the areas they were working in and did not use the hand sanitizer between glove changes. They also could not have been any slower, taking approx 10 mn per patient to complete the injection.

I was having a panic attack today due to bleeding through my bandaid (I got my blood drawn at my doctor and didn't notice until a few moments before pulling in) and everyone in the store was so helpful at trying to help me. I ended up going to the pharmacy and they were all so friendly and helpful!

I’m rating this cvs as 0 Stars. There is a small Asian girl who works inside and has the worst customer service skills I will never come back to this cvs or any cvs again. Improve your hiring policies and procedures. Walgreens here I come.
