I called on a Saturday afternoon and Norman showed up less than 15 minutes later. Norman showed up with a superb attitude and seemed eager to get to work. There were a few solutions needed to get the water heater swapped out but it didn't even seen to bother him! He did a terrifc job!

Amer arrived in on a Saturday to check what was going on in our garage. My dad had set up a mini-office there but occasionally, the electrical grid would shut off. This Saturday, none of the outlets worked in the garage, no matter how many times I reset the breaker. I thought it might be that we were overloading the garage but I didn't know what to do and I was worried it might cause an electrical fire.
