From the initial call with the pleasant and patient dispatcher gentleman to the visit from Roberto , I couldn’t be more pleased! Roberto was on time and thorough. He gave me the quote in excellent detail and was diligent throughout the day. I task from house and am on calls all day long. Once we agreed on the scope of work, I trusted Roberto to complete the work in my home while I worked. He did so quickly, quietly and without complaint. Once complete, he cleaned up the work area! Very pleasant professional and I will be requesting him for the next visit! Thank you, Roberto and the wonderful dispatch guy who worked with me to book the emergency visit!
The electrician that was sent to perform the project was on time, professional, knowledgeable and He took the time to explain what job needed to be performed and why. In addition to fixing my transformer, he also installed my Ring wired video camera doorbell and provided a brief tutorial. As an added bonus, the company sends a picture and bio of the electrician prior to their arrival. I would use this company again for future projects.
