Really enjoyed the sales process but after the sale you need to follow up for your plates and such. Otherwise I enjoyed my experience, sales team was honest carfax was a nice bonus and the truck has been great.

I usually don't write reviews but I wanted to write a fair one this time. I had a mixed experience. When It came time to selling me the truck it was quick and they delivered. Very easy process. The problem is they botched the paperwork to where I was still filling out and sending stuff back and forth for weeks. I saw what looked like an oil leak when I bought it, they promised me a couple times I would get to see the repair bill to verify it was fixed. I never saw the bill. Luckily, it appears that it was fixed and it is not leaking. The AC evaporator condenser housing had a huge hole in it and I had water leaking all in the cab, not sure why that wasn't fixed before I got it. So I had to have that repaired right away. I even asked when it was delivered why there was water on the floor board and the guys who delivered told me it was normal, all Dodge Rams do it. The water pump went out 400 miles later (not that I blame this on anyone, that stuff just happens and there was no way to know until it just happened). From what I see, the dealership is more concerned on selling a vehicle than making sure the customer is taken care of and everything is done right the first time. I am happy with the truck now that I have everything fixed on it, luckily it wasn't over priced. In all honesty, I wouldn't buy from them again because of all the paperwork problems. I have bought many cars in the last 15 years, usually 1 or 2 a year, and I have never had this problem. I am not mad at the AC problem since I expect most cars I buy to have some sort of issue and It is hard to find a dealership who doesn't sell you something broken, but not being organized enough to get your paperwork done correctly is ridiculous.

Found them online immediately after I found out my vehicle I had repaired at another shop was not worth it. I got a Uber, paid $2200 cash, got Carfax, engine is sound as a pound! I'm a lucky woman.nLove Big Mike!
