I read bad reviews about client communication on here but I have not experienced it. I inquired by email regarding a 1978 K5 for sale at 8 pm and surprisingly got a quick response 20 minutes later, this was close to 9 pm. Unfortunately the truck was already into auction. Bidding gets intense and I have a bad heart so I did not buy it, quite a bummer. I did ask a few days later by email again if they run into another one to let me know and I got another response within minutes. Very professional.
Great place to buy parts or a Jeep, friendly staff, and even got to meet the owner who was working right up to closing time, Dennis runs a solid business that from what I could see all of the employees were happy, which translates to quality work and integrity and to me that says that's where I want to spend my money when purchasing parts or a new to me Jeep!
I ordered a T177 Gearbox countershaft from these guys last year around September, after about 2 months an Empty box arrived, I emailed ALL their email contacts accounts total of 3 times and received absolutely no reply, No refund, No countershaft. Apparently if Collins Brothers mess something up, they just ignore you and hope the problem goes away. Cheers guys thanks for the help and thanks for replying to my emails.....Is what I would say if you actually did any of those things. If you can go into their store and buy over the counter they're probably great, If you're an International Buyer i would stay well clear of these guys.
