Service ok
Sat in the parking lot for 10mins for an online order. There gotta be a better way. The whole point was to save time. I get the whole freshness thing, but it's not time saving at all.
The fact that you're CLOSED at lunchtime on a Thursday is maybe information that should be shared BEFORE the customer (me) navigates your menus, makes selections, selects a payment method, drives to the store and parks in a numbered curbside spot, and enters that spot's number into the app. Don't ya think?
I always order using the mobile app. The spicy chicken Nuggets are great! I hope they stay on permanently. The location has always been quick with my order so I recommend it. Never mess up my order either. Try the cookie box , they always come out hot and soft
to the idiots who are complaining about it being closed two weeks ago, maybe use your brain and realize we were in the middle of a snowstorm and the power was out. anyways, love this location because they are always fast and employees are friendly:)
