This store is absolutely amazing!! Much cheaper than the Walmart around the corner. Convenient access to the highway. Very nice and courteous staff. Linh was very quick to refill the coffee after I used all of the Colombian Roast. The store is also very clean and covid safe. Thumbs up 7-11. Love to the family!
Store is always clean and well stocked( except the bathrooms unfortunately).the employees always greet you and ask you if you need any help.
Poor customer service when checking out
The store mats at the entrance inside and outside are very dirty and the employee is very rude when I ask him a simple question that nobody cleans the mat. The employee Jamil older guy says to me that I'm not his boss and that he doesn't answer to me. I was like seriously I'm a customer and giving them business like you must be kidding me that you have the nerve to talk to a customer like that. I have my custom suit on with my branded boots. I don't like this.
Place is filthy and staff is rude. The man at the counter glared at me the entire time I was in there and when I gave him my id he snatched it out of my hand and then tossed it on the counter once he had scanned it. Avoid this gas station if you can.
