I love this Walgreens. It is not close to me but I do the drive because the pharmacists do such an awesome job! They even call and check on me. They go the extra mile.

The person answering the phone for the Pharmacy was extremely rude and cold sounding. They need to learn how to practice good customer service. I would go to another Walgreens, if you want good customer service from the Pharmacy.

Sitting in curbside pick up for a photo order for 30 mins as of now! Called the store and someone had called in and I was basically told that she’d get to me when her line in front of her was gone....so basically I could be sitting here for an hour. Don’t even bother doing curbside you might as well just walk in the store yourself. The only reason why I didn’t is because my daughter was in the car and she is high risk.

Just had a surprising experience at Walgreens at their plano store on Legacy Dr. and Alma in Texas. We have rising Covid-19 cases, breaking records daily. Our Governor Had instituted a state wide Face mask covering rule, Walgreens also has a company policy for wearing face coverings if you want to shop there. Big sign on their door as you enter. As i went in to shop with my mother there was a gentleman in line with no mask and just in front of me as i entered were 2 teenagers with no face covering. I brought it to the attention of management and the gentleman left, but when told about the 2 girls, the manager told me i work for Walgreens and not the state of Texas.........well both have Mandatory face covering rules. The State and The Company. Here are the pictures. After this experience it shows me that This Pharmacy.......where people come for their medicines, could have compromised immune systems, and come to get stuff to feel better is not looking out for my personal well being, but they are more than happy to risk your life for their money. I will NEVER go back.

They were very nice and quick to get us our medicine. We came from CVS who after a month still was not getting the medicine for us. We had our Dr call this walgreens and got it that day. The pharmacist was very friendly and nice. Even though she was busy she listened and spent time with us making sure we understood the medicine and had everything we needed.
