Mr. Joel Casper was very accommodating, friendly, and he answered my questions without any problems. He explained exactly where my car was service-wise (I have a service plan) and, based on my mileage, what should be completed. He provided excellent service, just like I received when I purchased my Camry. My whole family count themselves as customers with your dealership, and the integrity of the individuals you hire is why we keep coming back. So long as these type of individuals (those with integrity) represent your dealership, I will continue to bring you my business. Thank you for the excellent service.

I was helped by JP and Mike. Both provided excellent service. Put me and my little ones at ease very quickly with their attention and professionalism. We had to leave our car in for several hours for a safety recall, and were provided with a transportation service to and from our home. We love the fact that this was an option! Mike (who drove us) was very prompt and attentive. We didn’t have to wait a minute longer than we needed to. Then work on our car was then completed well within two hours at the dealership. I forgot to mention there was also a play room for the kids there which they loved. Wide and comfortable seating area. Last but not least, JP Woods was very friendly and efficient while we were there. Thank you. Overall a wonderful experience.

Great Customer Service! Joel and Justin in the service department went above and beyond to make sure all my car needs were met...Top notch professionalism and true care for the Customer! Also, a shout out to Levi, who worked with my parents in buying a new car...He too showed outstanding care and patience, making it a positive experience...I will continue to do business with this dealership due to the type of service they provide and the outstanding employees that go above and beyond to serve...Thank you.

Ali was easygoing, attentive, and willing to help me get a good deal for my first car experience. I had a hectic day during the whole process. However, Ali and the whole team made everything easier and fast. I highly recommend Ali if you're looking to own a car in the future. He's your guy.

Brandon made the process easy and quick. I hate haggling and all the back and forth. Brandon was able to work out the numbers for me and made the process seamless. Bought a 2021 Tundra and very happy with it. Tony was also great. Explained all my options for the vehicle to include additional warranty and maintenance options. Thanks a lot. Drove all the way from Cedar Hill and plan on making the drive again when I’m in the market for another Tundra.
