I purchased my car from Passport Motors in February 2020. The experience was great. No pressure and the overall sales experience was quick and painless. Fast forward to this week...my check engine light came on and since I purchased the warranty, I called Passport Motors. Arthur checked the car and it appears to be a recall issue. He reached out to a local dealership about the recall and sent me all of the information. I have been overall very happy with the Passport Motors.

Let me start off by saying Rose is a liar.I ask her several times what was wrong with the car.She replied nothing it was a trade in.I took the car to Auto Zone the engine light wasn’t on.When I got back to the lot.I told her we took it to Auto Zone and code came on for emission.So my daughter goes Monday and purchase the car after doing a oil change,cleaning the car.Rose tells my daughter the inspection machine is broke.Only for us to find out today that the car can’t be inspected with an engine light on.That’s why they did inspect the car.Don’t be deceived by the nice foreign cars.It’s really not fair for you to have scammed my daughter after us telling you we can’t afford to be scammed.ud83dudc40

We bought a car and the after sales service is ABYSMAL!! They change their words right after you put down a deposit. When we put down deposit, we inquired about having a service done before we picked up the car and also minor scratches fixed to which they agreed. But come the day to pick up the car, nothing is taken care of! They changed the story to the car didn't need servicing for another 10k miles. Are you kidding me?!? We know that! But we talked about having it serviced before we picked up the car!!! So either record all conversations with them or have it in written. They're not trustworthy!! Then they said they serviced the car but couldn't give us an invoice or any sort of proof. That doesn't make any sense! After arguing for a while, they finally agreed to fix it up. That's very unprofessional!nnAnd Rosy is just the grumpiest, most unfriendly person ever!! She had the name entered incorrectly for title change and was very difficult to work with to get our documents in order!nnBottom line, the car is okay. Arianna is good to work with. Rosy is just AWFUL! And their customer service is beyond terrible.nIt's extremely important to treat customers well but they apparently don't seem to think that's the case.
