The process of buying the car was easy and without stress. Everyone was polite and helpful, particularly Derrick and Brandon. It was a true pleasure working with this team. I look forward to being part of this group as long as I have my car. I have full confidence they will take care of my vehicle very well. And you get free car washes as long as you have the vehicle!!!!

I had called to schedule an appointment for the 30,000 mile check up and was quoted a price of $240 but when I went to check out my price was $280 which would have been fine is the girl checking we out wasn’t so rude. When I asked her about it she said she didn’t know and it wasn’t her problem. I’m sorry but you do not say that to a customer. Lucky for her one of the gentleman from service was three and was able to explain. Now that wasn’t hard you do not ever say it’s not your problem when helping a customer

McKinney Buick GMC definitely have set the bar for what Class A customer service should look like. On this particular service visit, I was accommodated by Jr. He was very knowledge about about all subject matter that were presented! He took great care of me. I was very impressed with the pickup time he informed me of during drop off, which was delivered upon in even less time. McKinney Buick GMC has gained a life long customer with their unprecedented customer service!!!

The Best Experience Ever! First Class Customer Service the minute I walked in the door until the time I drove off in my new car! The time and thoughtfulness everyone took to ensure I got the best deal that was affordable for me was incredible. Everyone greeted us as they passed by. Robert was very precise in delivering exactly what I needed, he took the time to get to know me, my family and also shared about his family and experiences. He explained the details of the two vehicles I was looking at, prior to the test drive he adjusted the seats and made sure my sister and I would be comfortable, we also took a tour of the facility and we were introduced to some go to persons for assistance. Nico in Finance modeled the same energy. He is very personable and efficient. He was like Superman in there with getting the deal sealed and required paperwork printed and signed. The cake topper was the element of surprise for the General Manager to personally come over and introduce himself and presented me with a gift box and welcomed me to the GMC/Buick Family! Wow! My sister and I have been at a loss for words in trying to explain how excellent we were treated. Thank God for all of you and May He continue to bless you all and this business.

Bobby was excellent! He could’ve easily handled the whole scenario with only my wife but asked her to bring me in when I was free to make sure I was happy with the vehicle as well. Made the purchase process easy and was considerate of my family dynamic. We brought all 4 kids with us with the intention of simply test driving but the deal was too good to pass up!nDefiantly recommend working with him and McKinney Buick GMC
