I contacted this dealership regarding a 2008 Mercedes. I test drove the vehicle and made an offer. The offer was accepted and the car was taken to my mechanic before the final purchase. My mechanic determined that the sunroof was not working properly. I mentioned this to the sale person (Mike). He said that they would resolve the issue. I waited two weeks for the issue to be resolved, staying in touch with Mike several times a week via text or call. Mike stopped returning my calls and text. I found out online that the car had been auctioned or purchased by a different dealership. I wish Mike would have been upfront and honest about the situation instead of wasting my time. If they didn't want to sell the car or fix the issue, they should have just told me instead of wasting my time. If you are looking for a dealership that is honest, upfront and professional, look elsewhere.

This place is terrible. Never trust David Austin, who is the owner, and also was our sales rep for the day.nnI bought a car here last week, 2002 3 series, and it's riddled with problems. It has many more problems than what was specified on the ad, and many more than what the David told me about. To make it worse, he would not let me plug in my own OBD reader to get codes. Instead, he told me some of the codes, and we foolishly believed him. After purchasing it, we discovered that there were several more problems, which will cost us a lot of money.nnNot only is David Austin extremely dishonest, but he's also incredibly rude and disrespectful. After a test drive (and before knowing the problems) I made him an offer. He accepted the offer and we began the paperwork. SEVERAL times while we completed the paperwork, David made very clear that he was displeased about the offer. He complained at least 3 times that it was too low, despite already accepting it. Also, the offer we made was right at the KBB value for it, so it was an extremely fair offer. Especially considering all the problems that the vehicle had that David decided not to tell us about.nnTo top it off, David put the incorrect VIN number on the temporary license plate, and on the title transfer. So now this is another issue we must deal with.nnDO NOT do business with this man, or his dealership. Please go somewhere else, this place is horrible. I have a pic of the car I bought as proof.

Great place to buy a car. David Austin a great guy to work with.

Got a nice truck here but the fee are a little shady
