Just bought a truck with Taylor investments. My truck started overheating 1 week after I bought it. I was informed I didn’t purchase an extended warranty. Was hoping they didn’t sell trucks that over heat before you can make your first payment.nnTalked to the owner. He said I waited to long to inform them. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS!!

I purchased this truck out of state. I was assured nothing was wrong with the truck. When we got there the radio and backup cam did not work, nor the mirror. They gave me $800, which covered the majority of the repairs. This is why they get 2 stars instead of one. When I took the truck to my mechanic, there was another $1000 in work that the truck needed. I attempted to call them and see if they would work with me since they told me there was nothing wrong with the truck. Long story short, they wouldn’t help and instead blamed me for the issues. WHEN YOU SAY THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH THE TRUCK I TAKE THAT LITERALLY. Never once did I get an apology for the issues or an attempt at resolution. So they either don’t care or do piss poor inspections of the trucks they sell. If you are going to buy a truck from them, make sure you schedule appointment with a mechanic ahead of time. Do not take their word that the truck has no issues. Do not expect them to take care of you like a good business would do.

Love my Dodge Ram I bought from Taylor Investments! Staff was friendly and honest! Met the owner Gary, who handles a couple of my concerns with no questions. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again!

They were super helpful and made the truck buying experience a breeze. They helped me through the whole process and even helped me find the best bank to get my loan from for the lowest interest rate possible. I highly recommend this place to anyone who hates being strong armed into something, because these people were down to earth and really enjoy what they do!
