Great place to do business. I purchased a bike through Cody, he was great. Being it was a used bike on consignment, it had some unexpected concerns when I came to check it out. Cody was great and “HONEST”, worked we me and the current owner to meet an agreement. Very satisfied with my experience overall and would certainly recommend. Thanks Maxim team and Cody!

Very unsatisfied. Had an aftermarket kickstand placed on the bike (a brand new 2020 VMAX- not a cheap bike 18k). Very difficult to lower the kickstand (a safety issue), even individual who delivered the bike had an issue with it. I was simply told that is how it is. I was told my pipes off the bike would be returned when the bike was delivered and it was not. I paid for the pipes and kickstand, and later was told I owed an additional 350 dollars for labor, and that my pipes would be returned at my expense for shipping. I have asked for documentation showing how I owe additional money and have asked for a call from the manager. I spoke with Cody, the salesperson, and Austin in service, and I never received a call from the manager to rectify the problem. The pipes also backfire and I presume that will be my responsibility to get that fixed too. Will never do business with them again!

These guys are amazing. I just started to ride a few months ago, so I know very little about motorcycles. They probably figured it out, but did not take advantage of me. Another Honda dealership gave me a quote which was $400 more than what Maxim Honda billed me for the same service .. ( ridiculous ). They took good care of my baby, and I shall stay a loyal costumer.

Heard great things about this dealership. I went in trying to decide between a Rebel and a Shadow. The salesman was great and I was getting ready for a test ride. I got all my gear one before one of the sales managers came up to us to stop me from riding. He told me they don't allow test drivers unless you are committed to purchasing from them.nnI was treated so poorly by the sales manager, I just left.

100% LOVE, LOVE, LOVE THIS PLACE!! You get what you pay for here at Maxim Honda Yamaha! Service you wouldn't believe and everyone knows exactly what they're doing from servicing to parts to gear, they have what it takes and I love then for it! Would recommend to anyone!
