How do you ruin a hot latte twice in a row? Simple, put some simple minded gen z to make some coffee. Lack of proper training or lack of care? No way to know for sure.
I came here with a bunch of friends, and everyone enjoyed their ice cream. One of us bought some coffee, and that was actually decent, too. This location is at Watters Creek, which is really nice. It's the perfect place to go to for dessert after eating dinner at Blue Fish or Cheesecake Factory or wherever. There was also enough seating for our group of around 6-7 people.
The fact that this place is packed every time I have come here is a testament to how great Paciugo is. They have a lot of great flavors, it isn't too expensive, and even when crowded the service is quick.
The boy that was working on August 19th, 2019 at 9 PM was incredibly rude and hostile. I LOVE Paciugo but I have never experienced service like that. Unacceptable.
