The staff at this Starbucks are the BEST! They are always so friendly and kind. When I went to get my birthday reward, they gave me a card signed by all of them. Such a treat. Each and every time I go to this location, they offer the same exceptional service. It is appreciated!
Staff is always here! Super friendly and accurate orders. Dropped my wife off for work in Dallas, tried two Starbucks in uptown, both closed for the POSSIBILITY of snow. I'm thankful for my Allen, TX Starbucks! ALWAYS THERE FOR ME WHEN I NEED THEM!!
This location is amazing. Even when they are extremely busy, everyone works hard to make things as fast as possible. The manager, Randy, is a great guy, he makes sure everything is running good and that people are taken care of.
This Starbucks needs a new management, the same lady keeps telling me that they are closed even though it was 6pm and there schedule says until 9PM. Not the first time and not the second she has done this. The 3rd one is more sketchy to me as well. I was in the drive through, it was day time and she still response through the screen telling me they are closed!!! And go to the one by Kroger?!!
Jana here was especially kind!! We came at 8:30 and I always hate coming late but we were in need of some coffee!! She was so kind and asked how our day was and made sweet small talk. It’s so nice to see people uphold the Starbucks standards! ❤ufe0f
