Giving 5 start — for previous friendly staff and amazing drink, but definitely not coming to support their business again ud83dude4cnI’m a regular customer of hello Boba. But I missed the old stuff a lot. They were so friendly and caring, I usually go there with my three little ones, I always get a large drink for myself and for my kids I ask them to split 2 small drinks to three so they can share(my youngest only turned 4, one whole small cup is too much drink for her), they are pretty flexible with my order. But now they are keep changing the staff who works there, so I became a stranger, today I went there with same orders but got rejected that they can’t split 2 small cups to three, I left without taking the order, not because I do not want to pay for one more small drink, and it’s just not worth to make business for them while they couldn’t even be easy with their regular customers. Do the math really quick, they lost the order of one large drink and two small drink just bcoz of they can’t be easy on splitting little amount of our drink to third empty cup, and I didn’t ask them to give me extra drink ~just an extra cup which worth less than 10 cent~ and I’m sure there are tons of bubble tea lover Moms like me would stop going there~

Two month update: wow. We loved this place. I know they opened a new location and all but the Allen location is going down hill FAST. The girl at the counter is slow and doesn’t multitask well and we waited nearly 25 mins for ONE drink. There was another young man just standing around getting in her way and talking to her. I would not assume he is an employee if he wasn’t BEHIND the counter. He did not help her. Did not take orders. I always bring my kids here but sad to say our dinner got cold waiting in the car for one drink today! Disappointed would be an understatement. There are other options nearby.nnAnother update: 38 minutes for ONE drink! Will not be back until they do something about this! I had sandwiches in the car that are now soggy! What a waste!nnYummy and friendly!

So I started working near this area recently and have been in the hunt for a good Boba place and I think I’ve found out. The boba itself is really good and they have my favorite kind of milk tea here. The staff is also super friendly! Definitely recommend and will definitely be back again

We went here today for the first time. It was fantastic! We had the Allen Eagles Eyes and cookies and cream frap. Both were excellent! Highly recommend
