Had a great experience opening my account. I’ve visited this location twice after and received bad customer service. First time the lady was about to go on maternity leave and didn’t want to help me because she “was supposed to be gone already”. I had a simple question that could have been answered without looking anything up. The second time the drive through ATM was down and I had to go inside and was rudely told to wait because he was working on someone in the drive through. I don’t treat my clients this way. Wether I’m staying late or busy.

There’s one guy that always has an issue. I don’t know his name but every time I have to deal with him there’s some problem. I’ve never had an issue when not dealing with him otherwise.

I've been a customer of BBVA Compass for several years. I ALWAYS have a positive experience at this location. Although this one is further away from me, I make a longer trip to visit this specific banking center. Kourosh is my favorite teller to visit with and is a joy to work with! Alyssa has been my personal banker for ages and I know, without a doubt, she always has my best interest at heart and will help me make smart, well informed, honest decisions with my finances. Several times she has advised me on various difficult decisions and I never question if she's doing what's best for her or for the bank- she is always advising what is best for me. I appreciate her constant patient and kind attitude towards myself and all the customers she helps day-to-day! Thank you Alyssa and the Allen BBVA team!
