AQUALUX AUTO DETAILING (02/27/2021)

Our 3 kids love this place, especially since we have the passes now. I am highly impressed with the staff and how respectful they are and the patience the extend towards the kids. It’s very clean and I appreciate that as a parent. The restaurant is amazing and I love how kind they are with the southern hospitality. Highly recommend this place for your kids and thankful they are open so our 3 littles can go burn energy.

Terrible experience. Unfortunately I signed up for a membership for three kids, definitely not recommended. There are kids name-calling, using horrible language, and being incredibly mean to others here. Staff does absolutely nothing about it. There are no tables anywhere near the exit doors, only a few in the back. Cannot believe I paid for my kids to be subjected to that environment, and now I seem to be locked into for paying for a year of this.

Normally never leave reviews. We got 2 tickets right as Covid hit and were initially told this ticket would be good when we choose to come back 1) there is no expiration date on the ticket nor disclosure stating expiration or use by date. Nor is there anything on their website in regards to tickets expiration. 2) We tried to use these today and told they only last 90 days (over the phone) 3) Asked to speak to someone in management and the lady told me she was all there was but wasn't a manager/sup. BEWARE and please read. This company is a total scam to cancel and has horrible member services. I have been trying to cancel and they don't answer there phones. I have emailed there members email address and I went to the site and submitted multiple contact forms on there website and no response or anything. Its very easy to sign up you can do that at there location, on the website and even their FAQs doesn't even talk about canceling other than yes you can cancel after 12 months I we have been members over 2 years. I WANT MY MEMBERSHIP CANCELLED RIGHT AWAY AND MY MONEY RETURNED.

If you want to catch Covid...go here. Lack of staff members, not one enforcing adults to actually wear a mask, no extra cleaning of any kind, toddlers mixed with teenagers. Activities ideal for kids 6 to 12. Not safe for any younger because of the mixing of ages. No limits on number of kids playing during a pandemic. Bathroom was nasty. The health department needs to shut this place down. They clearly dont care about the health or safety of children.
