I wanted to be a golden blonde from the root , i was charged 375.00 for 19in of hair when half was already blonde .nI was bleached then set a toner then set a golden paint all around , ok , color was ok.nMy issue was no dimension . I go back 2 weeks later & ,sylvia (owner) was understanding of my unhappiness with the job (so simple) and did not charge which was appriciated .nWell i shouldint have even gone back.ni end up w dark roots . I DID NOT WANT DARK ROOTS. Thats why i paid 375. To be a blonde from the root!!!n***LUSERO ***Did NOT customize my desires to what she knows what to do which is baylages. Thats her specialty. She is NOT a blonde expert. She does good highlights . But a full BLONDE ?! never again. My hair is ruined and 375$ to end up how i started . With DARK ROOTS.
I went in for an ombré and Marisela was really professional! She even took me in early! She explained in detail and her work was amazing! Thank you!!
