It’s all about the environment, sense of community, and coaches & staff for me. It’s such a good feeling to walk in and feel so welcomed and safe. It’s very clean and everyone is so positive. The coaches are fantastic at helping motivate and fix form for injury prevention. I’ve only been coming to OTF Brownsville for about 4 months and I’ve shaved off around 7 minutes on my mile time!
Coaches and team members are the best! They make you feel welcomed and special. The workouts are varied and adaptable to any physical condition. I love that every workout is different yet it provides opportunities to push yourself more and more. The coaches always make it fun and motivating!
Excellent organized work out studio
Best experience! I need variety to better my functional workouts and mostly because at the gym I tend to rest which I never keep my heart rate elevated through all the workout, but here even if there were several people doing the circuits the coach still approached the people to motivate to do another set or to fix posture. It was awesome, it still felt like a one on one session. And super cool how the monitor all the sessions electronically!
