I went to stripes around 9:20 To get hot chocolates, I got my cups ready so I can pour the French vanilla I found out the machine I go and ask the lady why the machine is off and her response was because I had just cleaned it my assistant manager let me do that . The Lack of effort she did to try to satisfy me all she showed was her laziness all you have to do Is pour the powder I don’t see nothing hard about it. So I had to drive to a stripes further just so they can tell me they aren’t allowed to turn off the machines just because they cleaned it . I don’t recommend
