Really nice place. Only when its time to checkout there's always only 1 or 2 lanes open.
As as soon as We walked in....people were so busy shopping but the workers were 4 women went flooding over to see the guys at the podium.nNo 6 feed distance or sanitation materials for carts. Just be safe if you go there.
Really Calm at this time.. I had no idea it was open till 11pm
Honestly this has been the worst experience I had at any retail store. The security guy was too busy behind my back checking me to see if I would steal anything from the store I had never done it before and I will never do it that's not the example I will give my daughter it was the most harassment situation in my life I just don't have words to describe my feelings and how horrible I fill period.
The store is a great place to shop affordable merchandise, but the employees due lack knowledge and friendly hospitality. For example a male cashier talking to another cashier while I was waiting in line did not call for next in line and walked away. Another young girl stepped in and took care of me, while another gentleman was waiting and that same young male that walked out on me quickly rushed in and called out to help him. I have a whole bunch of things to say about this particular Ross store in Brownsville but I'll just wait till the GM of this store gets a hold of me.
