I came to do a return 2 items and over 30 people were there to purchase. I asked Hacibi if there was a line or register for returns or exchanges. And she said no, Then asked her if this was the procedure and any other Burlington and she said yes. All the cashiers have been cross trained to do returns and exchanges.So I followed up with a question to have an ability to make a line for returns. And she said I have to make line with everyone else

Great place to find bargains but there is always a long,,,,,line and of course only 2 or 3 registers open!!!!!please hire more cashiers!!!!!

Lines are usually exceptionally long. You have to wait about 25 mins in line just to checkout ud83dude23
