We order Domino's every Friday or Saturday night. (have done so for the last 20 years). Out of the last eight weeks, we have had problems with four of the orders. All eight times, we have requested car-side delivery. Four of those deliveries never happened until I end up calling the store asking if the order was finished like their site and app said. (I would call about 30 min after it showed completed.) Three of those orders were completed on time as the site and app said but they sat on their rack inside the store until I called. They were cold. Twice, they for got to make one of the pizzas in our order and had to hurry and make it. I received an apology on only those two orders and none of the others.
I have never had this many problems in the three different Domino's stores I ordered from in California for the last 20 years. Very disappointed!! I think will will try the Orem store and see if they can at least do what they say they will and at least show they care about their customers.
My friend and I ordered a pizza and some pasta a couple weeks ago as part of the two for ten deal they were promoting (or something like that). It took two and a half hours to arrive, which we thought "Ok, there is a football game tonight, no big deal. And they sent us a coupon for another free pizza!" So we went with it. The next week we used it, and it took another two hours to arrive, got another free coupon, which we used today. Pizza took 3.5 hours to arrive. It is completely undercooked (the entire thing is dough), and they forgot the single 20oz Sprite we ordered as well. No football game tonight. I understand having low staff, but even then that's atrocious. Sorry, not sorry.
Based on the recent reviews I wonder if the management has been changed because we've been ordering from here for a couple of years quite frequently and it's been great!
We love the pizza and the service! The delivery guys are always fast and really nice.
My wife ordered over 45 minutes ago. They stated it would be done in 10 to 15 min. When I asked about my order, they said they weren't sure what the status was. They couldn't even tell me if it had been baked yet. Moments later they barely started making the pizza. Its been almost an hour and I still don't have a pizza. No apology, no additional information. Loved having the other food I had in my car get cold. Very disappointed in their service.
Well its your typical Dominoes Pizza. The pizza was engineered to be good, and it was good. I was disappointed when I got charged almost $16 for 1 medium pizza. Ouch. At Costco you can get a pizza so large you can't fit it in the fridge for $10 and its delicious.
I also watched the soul of the lone employee leave his eyes when the online order bell was ringing non stop.
