Sales person, Frank, was exceptional. He showed every detail to my new vehicle. He went out of his way to see I got the best deal. The loan department was very accessible and saw to my needs.
Tony, the service manager, was very helpful and went above and beyond the first time we stopped by. He looked the vehicle over and said he couldn't find anything because the problem was happening intermittently but told us what he thought the problem was and how to self diagnose it. When it happened again, he was right on! We set up the appointment and he worked with Ford to discover a service bulletin on the problem. The parts were ordered and the next time we took it in the problem was fixed in slightly less time than he had promised. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who needs to get their Ford fixed.
