wonderful facility and customer service! i can call any time of day and the girls get me taken care of asap! everything is always cleaned and groomed!!
I should not even give one star, this lady is expexperiencing some kind of break down she calls my job and sends out e-Mails all day. I paid maybe 2weeks late, due to the way my payroll. Also she went in my account in August caused me over draft, could not pay my account, I gave her on time that she could charge my card, I declined to give her permission to go in my account several times. She has forge my signature on several documents, and my payment for August and September she gave the back to my & put me in foreclosure. I told her to keep the money I just wanted my kids pictures. And now she keeps calling my job and telling everyone that she is going to turn my in, to my boss, lady keep my pictures and everything. Just a storage this lady is crazy and need to help you cant run a business like you are the mob.
I can not recommend this storage service more. My 3 bedroom house was in storage here for 2 years. I came back after not seeing my stuff in years to see NO DUST. Literally no dust. My house is much dustier. I’m shook. Management is exceptional as well. Very professional.
The manager is awesome, got me on a waitlist and called 2 days later with the exact unit I needed! Size and A/C is great, you just provide your own lock. There's lighting for moving at night when the days are too hot. There was a deal to buy 6 months get 1 free. But book EARLY, they are almost always full.
