There Mortage department is a bunch of thieves. Dont ever purchase a home with them. They told me the PMI insurance ($200.00 a month) was going to come off mortage bill after year 5. We are on year 9 and these crooks wont answer my phone calls or provide a resolution. Instead they just keep chargingnme $200

absolutely junk. I called for about 20 times and finally a lady picked up the phone, she does not have any intention to help me rather redirect me to the chase customer service line. Horrible!!!

Horrible service! Waited 15 mins in line through the car service to only be told we had to go into the location. Went over to the 802 location they took care of me through my vehicle, and zero wait. Never going back.
