Through BBVA I sent a telegraphic Transfer to Peru almost a month ago It has not arrived and the bBVA does not know where it is.
Drive thru window tellers having more of a personal conversation you could see them laughing and mingling no social distancing. Waited for almost hour in the line before getting assistance. Thxs alot Lizette and Angolette
They don't count checks properly. They miss checks when you do a deposit. People need to be careful.
Horrible service !nThe ATM retained our cash, spoke to a representative and said they had a turn around time of 10 business days to return/refund our MONEY! Pathetic!nnDon’t do business with them.
Usually a great bank overall if I am using the drive thru or atm, but I've been trying to call this location for the most part of the day and no one is answering their branch phone or it says the branch operator cannot answer. I don't want to leave a voicemail, i want to speak to a person. Seems the only way I can get in touch with someone is to actually visit the branch.:(
