Fast friendly service.
Typical Sinic food and beverages. I always enjoy the cherry limeade and get popcorn chicken for my dog. We're always happy.
Always order a burger with no pickles. Maybe one out of four times they get that part right. Have the receipt and the pickle still would like to post a picture. And they think minimum wage should be increased
Went through the drive thru this morning at 715 am. I ordered a #16 with sausage and a black coffee. The young lady handed me my coffee and then my food. The bag was light so I looked and no tots. I ask her and she stated our fryers are down. I said ok but I ordered the meal why didn’t you tell me then. She said unless you specify I assumed you just want the sandwich. So I’m confused at this point because she just said the only reason I did not get tots was the fryers but now it’s my fault because I didn’t specify I wanted the meal. Which when I ordered the 16 that is a meal combo. So when I ask the young lady why she did not just say the fryers were down she just closed the window and disregarded me. She was dishonest and rude and I will not be back because of that.
My whole order was wrong and cold. I tried calling 3 different times but nothing. The cherry Sprite was the only good thing we ordered. My footlong chili cheese dog had NO cheese and the bread was a bit hard. It was very sad when we got home and nothing was correct or edible.
