Came for a late lunch and Miss Cynthia took great care of me. She made sure my drink was always filled. The food was great. Service was awesome. Cynthia had me covered. I would definitely come back if this location continues with amazing service like this!
First time trying this place and we were pleasantly surprised! Chicken fried chicken was moist and tender. The only thing that could improve is the time it took to get our food. The restaurant wasn’t very busy and it took about 45 minutes for everyone at our table of 8 to get their food. Very nice, i recommend this place!!
The food was just fantastic. Order came fast to the table. Our server Cynthia S. was absolutely wonderful, friendly, attentive and made our visit even better. Highly recommend!
Cotton Patch College Station is very close to our home so my husband and I get lunches and dinner there often. Danielle Aguilar always shows us the most amazing customer service. She is attentive, friendly and seems to be friendly to her staff too! Thanks Danielle!
When they get busy service and quality of food suffers big time.nUpdate from a second visitnHorrible service. And total lack of care towards customers. Ordered food at 5:17pm received food at 5:40. Had to have an order remade that came with bacon on it that was not ordered. And waited another 20 minutes. Drinks were not refilled also we asked for napkins more than once and they never brought them. The patty melt should have caramelized onions and the first one we received had raw onions and the second one they were partially cooked. Waitress and manager working were clueless and did not have a care that we were dissatisfied.
