I go here on Mondays. I get a large pepperoni pizza every week. I do not understand why it costs 10 dollars one week and 7 dollars the next week. It would be really nice it there some consistency in the pricing. Only one employee seems to know about the 7 dollar special because I only get this price when she answers the phone. Maybe it is time to share it the other employees if this pricing is really supposed to exist. I do not order online because the special prices are not reflected there.

Gave it 3 star because I’ve been ordering from here for a long time and this will only be the second time they messed up. 1st time simple mistake and delivery driver on her own corrected it even though I told her it was no big deal. This time wouldn’t have been a big deal if it wasn’t for whoever I spoke with on the phone. Either he couldn’t grasp the simplest information I was giving him about how the order was wrong or he just didn’t believe me. Which I will go for didn’t believe me because there was no apology for it being wrong, and just a blah attitude. Poor customer service. So the issue was we ordered a large pizza. Once delivered it was in a large box I will give them that. They got the box correct. But it was a medium pizza inside. I’m not paying large price for medium pizza. The delivery driver apologized when she showed up at least. Oh and we didn’t eat it just in case they asked for it back (I know but at this point who knows what they would ask for) and I took a picture of it just in case they did say I was lying.

I love Papa John’s so I still continuously order from this place. Papa John’s as a chain just to me has great fresh toppings and pizza crust. This location however drives me up the wall. I have ordered at least 4 times and I’m not exaggerating when I say EVERY single time my order has been incorrect. I complete the survey everytime and explain what was incorrect/correct. Tonight I’ve had it I will not return. It is obvious my pizza does not have the correct toppings and it was just ONE topping, salami.

Are jalapeños in short supply? We ordered 3 pizzas and some sides for our lunch at work. When they arrived we all gathered around the table to pop the pizza box tops and enjoy but the pizza with pepperoni and jalapeños was very disappointing as you can see in the picture. Literally there was like 1 jalapeño slice per piece of pizza and you were lucky if it was the size of a dime. Won't order from here again.

I have always loved Papa Johns!nI received my order today, and had noticed that the cookies were not with my order. I had called them, and the rep I had spoken with was great. Then the delivery driver called, sincerely apologized and was very kind. They were also delivered very quickly. I completely understand accidents happen sometimes, especially when its busy. I just had to leave this review, extremely happy with my experience ! Thank you so much :)
