I have come here multiple times, and almost every time I have an issue. They forgot my order completely one time and I waited almost 30 minutes just to have wait another 15 for them to correct their mistake. The last straw was when I was stuck in the line and had to call them to tell them there were 3 vehicles waiting in the drive through, when I called they answered by saying hello as if it was their personal phone number. I then asked if their bell didn’t work to which they told me no. I watched a worker give out pizzas and look at the line then proceed to ignore the rest of us for 20 minutes. Absolutely terrible customer service.

Never wrote a review but my experience blew me away and had to share. Ordered online a stuffed crust pizza, crazy bread, and wings. Starting, we waited in line with one car in front of us for about 20 minutes while watching half the staff chainsmoke outside of their car in front of us. I did not want to go inside because I did not have a mask but was a eventually greeted by a girl without one. She got our order and after she closed the window realized we were missing 4 small sauces and crazy sauce. Rang the window bell several times but no one came back to the window, so I went inside anyway since none of the staff I could see was wearing a mask. Got the sauces, and went home. Pizza wasn't hot and wasn't stuffed crust. Crazy bread was this combination of mangled, burnt and soft. Added a picture for their menu.

Since under management the service and quality of the food have improved. The people are friendly and ready to serve you with hot n ready pizzas. Fast service. Just went the the other day they had pizza ready to go didn't have to wait. The pizza was fresh and the lady upsell me a crazy bread with my food.

normally wouldn’t write a review but the pizza was soaking wet when i bought it and was covered in hair? the service was awful but that’s unimportant, the food quality is going to kill someone.
