The rock prairie location sucks!! I just moved to this side of town and have now ordered twice. I usually order from the university location. The sandwiches are drastically different in size and attention to detail. They never get my order right and the sandwiches are small!! Very disappointed for the second time!! I wish the location on university could just deliver to my new place!!

BEWARE: I was double charged here and when I called and spoke to the manager, he said it was a common thing that their system does. It will charge your card twice and he will not do anything to resolve it. Incredibly rude and bad business. Ended up being charged $18 for one sandwich. Taking it up with my bank. They’ve just lost a customer for life. Keep on stealing from your customers. You’re just putting yourselves out of business.

Love some Jimmy John's. No matter where I'm traveling, the sandwiches stay the same high quality. This location is no exception. Clean store and friendly staff.

Wow this is a 1st, I have ordered from this store several times and no problems but today I placed an order and according to tue tracker it was delivered but I have no food in front of me. WTH!! I GUESS I WILL HAVE TO ORDER FROM ELSEWHERE!

Everyone there is super nice and chill. Service is great even when its busy. They always get everything done. Customers first. Always.
