The place is a bit far out of town, but the security of the building seems good. There is no power in any of the units, so I have to provide my own with a generator. Other than that, the place is perfect for the work I do.
Great location!
Give this place a Zero for me and the third party Skiles & Associates Real Estate Inc who needs to work on how they manage. Two shady guys were living in the back and when I talked to them they said they were there to take care of the property, but after months went by I asked Skiles about the 2 guys living there. They said they did not even know about those guys. Plus the cameras are not there for your security. If an indecent happens you can not view cameras, If a problem happens they will not be liable. So if you want to place your items in the middle of a field and think you are paying for security you are not.
I rent from here and I don't feel u get your money's worth, they don't have anything around 2 help keep the mice population down or insects or even spiders. Other places I've rented from had someone come around and help control them,every time I go in my unit I have 2 fight through spiderweb and bugs.
I wish i could give it nooooo stars !!!!DO NOT GET A STORAGE UNIT FROM THEM THERE SECURITY DO NOT WORK THEY FALSELY ADVERTISE THEY ARE 24/7 SECURITY THEY ARE NOT ! ARE STUFF WAS STOLEN FROM STORAGE AND THEY SAID THEY ARE NOT LIABLE.nnow we have nothing all are memories are gone pictures, video and appliances everything!!! Catherine said she noticed are stotage was open and empty and just put a new lock on it june 12th and did not notify us at all and told us we dont babysit and the cameras dont work and are there for decorations Please do not store your belongings here !!!!
