I have made many calls to other locksmiths and not only does Texas Premier Locksmith offer great prices, but their customer service is superb. They pick up phone calls immediately and go out of their way to address your needs. In addition, my technician (Alex) was very amicable and performed everything in a timely manner. Overall, a great experience!
By far the best and most affordable locksmith we have used here at our club. Texas Premier was more than awesome with their response time and got us back in business within minutes. They are closed to the public. I drove all over the area looking for their store before finally calling and asking where they were located.
Poor customer service called around noon 3 hours no phone call. The lady who answered was rude and hung up on me when I asked for a price quote and told them the dealership price was cheaper and was going to go with them. What a joke.
