It’s a big club and very well maintained! Staff is friendly and helpful, they make sure to greet regulars by name and try their best to help when it’s busy! 10/10 great gym especially for price and perks of a black card.

The people who work here are very nice. I see them cleaning often, but I don't think they ever vacuum! There's always fuzz and hair all over the ground. With only 4 Smith machines, small free weight area, and limited cable attachments sometimes you have to wait during busier times. Orrrrr recreate your workout on the fly ;DnAll around a satisfactory gym.

I truly enjoy coming to this gym. The team here are great about enforcing the mask policy, and do a great job keeping this place clean. I am disappointed about them not going back to regular hours though. The thing that drew me to PF was the fact that I could go at anytime and not feel rushed. No one is rushing me now but I feel like I have to go earlier knowing they will close at 7pm or 10pm.

I have been a member of the Planet Fitness location on Texas in CS for over a year now. I have never been anything other than thrilled with the establishment until COVID-19 hit. The rule of the club, which is clearly stated, is that each person must wear a mask while entering the club, leaving the club, in the locker room, or walking around the club. The only time patrons are permitted to take their mask off is if they are on and actively using a piece of equipment. I have never seen this rule enforced. No one wears a mask inside the club and when I have brought it to the attention of the staff on multiple occasions, they brush me off. It is so disappointing to me that they are choosing not to follow their own rules which are set in place to save lives. I am hoping that things get better quickly or I will be forced to find a new gym.

Nice, clean facility. Friendly employees. Only thing I would suggest is to have a scale in the bathrooms/locker rooms to track our progress...
