Don’t completely understand the low ratings. A good selection, low pricing, friendly staff and known brands. It was my first time going to a Plato’s Closet and I was not disappointed. I do have to remove one star because I let a staff member know that I found a nasty stain (looked like puke or something) on a pair of shorts (it’s important to note that this was the only piece of clothing that was like this.) When I told the staff member, he told me just put it back on the rack lol.
Lots of gently used clothing and shoes for all ages and sizes. Much is quite stylish, given the local college crowd. The staff are very friendly and upbeat. Even I, a 60-plus man with smaller feet, have found nice shoes in my size and style! The only caveat is to check the clothing closely. Given the quantity the take in, some might have small damage or be unwashed.
Staff was incredible nice and very welcoming, but wasn't impressed by the selection and didn't have much in my particular size.
Nice staff very helpful. Good quality products. Lots of $$ to be saved if your TRYIN. Earn points every purchase. I've been a repeat customer many times over.
I love this store! I’m always able to find really cute stuff for an excellent price. Employees are really nice too. Always easy to find a good parking spot.
