i have come twice in the past week and they have been closed an hour before their hours say they close. additionally when I came today I was turned down at the door and a group of girls came over and were let in. will never be shopping here again

I rarely shop at Forever 21 but I will not be coming back to this location because the employees are rude and have terrible service. One employee was whining about her job, store is a mess as well. Save your money and shop at Zara.
