Went in to get my daughter her 1st press...Her hair was beautiful,long, smooth and bouncy. .As soon as my daughter left out the door the Texas humidity ate it up..So there's no more bounce..smh.... So I'm thinking they just need better products for African Americans who live in TEXASud83eudd14.... But the customer service was almost....
Value for money, items at sale and discounted price, plethora of designer clothes, housewares, and jewelry. JC Penney can be your comfort spot. The service from the sales folk was top notch! If you keep your eyes open, you can get some great deals!
Just ok
Went in right before closing time to buy 2 pairs of shoes that were on sale buy 1 get 1 50% off.... Shoes were marked wrong so ended up paying full price ud83dude44 & the manager wouldn't let me back out into the mall area so I had to walk completely around the exterior of the mall to get back to my car
Some amazing bargains, some decent prices, pretty good selection of clothes, housewares, and jewelry. I confess I have a soft spot for JC Penney. The service from the salesfolk was top notch! If you keep your eyes open, you can get some great deals!
