I came in for a routine oil and filter change and I was very pleased with the service. They were quick, kept me updated, and very friendly. I like that they show a video of the technician inspecting my vehicle while I was waiting so I knew what suggested service items were going to be discussed with the Advisor. I'll add that I was visiting from the Austin/Round Rock area and was happy to find that prices were more reasonable here at Allen Honda than where I'm from.
I've never seen a technician having a video recording of what he did on my car before - very impressive. Excellent service, and also there's monitor where you can see your status if your car is working on, paper in progress, car wash ..etc... Very helpful and transparent and very detailed. Impressive service!
Russ was Extremely Professional and detailed! Very explanatory with what was needed and why! Recommended more then one option and allowed me the opportunity to choose what best fit my needs! Vehicle was ready for pickup on time thanks to Russ’s diligence as well as the service techs great work! Would recommend Allen Honda Service....5*
Allen Honda has always been awesome with my sales and service experiences! Today was no different... from my first interaction with Scott to my amazing service advisor Catherine, I was in and out in no time and had a nice visit with Bob (checking out the new Insight Touring Hybrid) while I waited for my service to be completed! If you're in the market for a new car, this is def the place you should be! I only drive Honda and I only buy Allen!!!!
My experience at Allen Honda is always great! They sent a video of the vehicle inspection which I really like. Great idea! Cody is always super friendly and efficient! Work was done in a timely fashion.
