I needed a new battery for my truck. I got the battery at a great price and they installed it. Also I was able to get my cracked phone screen replaced. Thanks to Jason for his courteous and friendly service. I will definitely be going back and would recommend batteries and bulbs to anyone.
SCAM ALERT: do NOT try to order anything from Batteries + Bulbs and avoid working with the store located near the corner of Holleman and Texas Avenue in College Station. We placed an on-line order in late February for curbside pick up. Not all items were available at our local store, so they called and asked if we wanted to wait to pick up until the out-of-stock items were delivered to the store. We agreed. They promised to call and email when the items were ready for pick up. They did not. We finally gave up and called. Items were there (& had been for days), so we arranged curbside pickup. Got there and they wouldn't bring us our order, claiming we had an outstanding balance - for an order we paid for IN FULL on-line - which is the ONLY WAY you are allowed to place an order anyway. Their only recourse was to offer to give us less than the number of items we paid for... that's IT! So we canceled our order and came home. Now to find some place that will actually give us the items we pay for.
Went to get my phone fixed. Had it fixed within an hour. Staff was knowledgeable and fast. Will definitely be back!
These guys are great! Awesome customer service! Most helpful and concerned employees that I have dealt with in a long time. They treat everyone with respect.
The employees were so helpful to my 83 year old mother who needed specific batteries for her hearing aids. One of the young men even googled a Dr. for her when she asked him to as she is needing new hearing aids. That was so nice as i had tried earlier to tell her that they just sold batteries and wouldn't know of any local Dr's. That made her day! Thanks y'all!!
