The technician did not install the oil filter correctly. Almost all the oil leaked out while driving. I reinstalled the filter correctly, refilled the engine with oil and drove back to the Take 5 location. They refused to refund my money. The best they said they could do was give me a discount on a future oil change. Why? So they can screw that one up to and give me a discount on a future oil change? Then they said that I voided my warranty by fixing it myself. Like they were really going to send a technician out into the field to fix it, or pay to have my vehicle towed to their facility? A trustworthy, ethical business would refund my money and apologize. Take5 refused to take any responsibility.

I love take 5. Eric was awesome, super professional but also had a friendly attitude. Took about 10 minutes and got my fluids topped off. I'll definitely keep coming back. Thank you so much Eric!

I've only been here twice, but the employees have been courteous, polite, and helpful. They also do not try and force you to purchase products you don't need. I'd recommend this location to anyone. Thank you!

This place was awesome these guys were great they're busting their humps in the heat getting you in and out as quick as possible very professional and very friendly. I've been going to this location on Texas for almost two and a half years now and I've never been disappointed. Thank you take 5.
