I have used Sevcik's for many years, mainly as a servicer of my vehicle for standard maintenance and oil changes. I took my vehicle in today for an issue and they were very honest about my options for repairs. Ultimately, it was in my best interest to use my warranty to repair the mechanical issue at the dealership, and while they wouldn't see any profits from this recommendation, Sevcik's was upfront with the option that was in my best interest. I will continue to drive 30 minutes just to have them routinely service my car; customer service is worth it.

I love this place and the people who work here! They are super fast and offer fair prices. I came in the other morning before my shift started because my car was having some problems and they took me to my job! They touched base with me throughout the entire process and explained to me in detail where the money I spent was going towards to fix the problem. Also, since I’m a student, they offered me a student discount and wavered the diagnostic fee! Furthermore, I was working a double and couldn’t come pick my car up, so they literally brought my car to my work! Jose who works here also told me to come in the next day because as he was driving my car, the windshield wipers weren’t of quality, and he is putting on new wipers for me for free! Coming here always makes me feel appreciated and taken care of.

Jose there was very helpful to me today and saved me a couple hundred dollars by replacing my headlight bulbs on my suv! I was told by a place before that it was difficult to do when in actuality Jose showed me that it wasn’t at all! Thank you!nnThis place is also very professional and courteous even when I come to get gas. I literally never have to get out of my car! Plus they top off fluids as a courtesy!

Excellent service, very friendly, helpful and accommodating staff. Mr. Sevchek and his team are wonderful! Spacious and clean waiting area with coffee. It's always a pleasant experience, support local business folks, this place is totally worthy of it!!

My tire blew on the highway last Friday, so as soon as it happened I knew my next stop would be at Sevick's Service center. It was already 6pm (their closing time), so I was worried that I wouldn't be able to get help. However, as soon as I pulled in, Jose was the first to jump up and help me. Even though the shop was already closed, he was more than willing to help me. Not only did he remove my old tire by putting my car up on the lift, but he also drove me to the Walmart next door to pick up a tire since they did not have the tire I needed available at their shop. Then, he brought me back and mounted the tire back onto my car. He also educated me about how to keep my car's maintenance up to par and for that, I am so grateful. It is beyond obvious to me that Jose truly cares about his customers and that he loves his job. Thank you so much. -Amanda S
