I am so genuinely appreciative of all the services staff at BMW college station. I have had other cars and been in and out of their dealerships with issues, but the people that work here are so quick and efficient and helpful.nnI know it sounds like I’m laying it on thick, but I mean it. I won’t go into too much detail, but I’ve been in a bind before, and their services department went above and beyond for me. I can’t say enough nice things about Jason, as well as Mike and Jennifer.nnI also really appreciate their shuttle service. My job has strict hours and car issues make it difficult. I think getting to work is more stressful than car issues themselves and every time I’ve had an issue, Jennifer took care of me and got me to work on time. For that, I am super grateful.nnAgain, I know I laid it on thick and it this sounds like I’m related to one of them lol, but this is unbiased. I mean every word. They made stressful situations so much better for me, and I want to give credit where it is due.

For as long as I am working in College Station, BMW of College Station will service my X3. Jason was very professional and polite. I forgot the person's name that provided me a lift but she was fantastic. Overall, I give this place a 5-Star rating.

Friendly professional employees ! They happily answered and showed me how to do a few extra questions/steps I had about various issues I couldn't figure out myself :) This is our first BMW and I will forevermore drive one. Exceptional vehicle and service!

I purchased a car here and found out a configuration issue that bothers me after 2 weeks. The dealer took the loss and provided a good solution that I didn’t expect. Quite satisfied with them and now looking forward to future services/purchases there

Top notch dealership and service center for your BMW. Having experience past frustrations with BMW under different ownership, I can say confidently that this new location has the right formula for success. Advisor and mechanics are friendly, responsive and informative allowing the customer to make the best choice for their car guilt free. This location is clean and the amenities are top notch. Would not hesitate to recommend to a friend.
